Hi, I’m Rebecca Ogle.

I grew up in in Carmel, Indiana. I’m therapist, a wife and a mom.

I started Grounded Counseling in 2019 with a dream of providing affirming, empowering therapy.

Those who know me describe me as warm and relatable. Collaborative and person-centered is how I would describe my approach. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ folks, recovering co-dependents, and healthcare providers - including fellow social workers, of course.

I am a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed provider who loves treating millennials and Gen X.
